I had been struggling with constipation and bloating for about 3 years, trying multiple medications with no success. That was until I met Juhi; her expertise and personalized approach have significantly improved my situation. Before I met Juhi I used to have Type 1 , type 2 and type 5 stools. which always felt incomplete. After working with Juhi, I now typically have proper formed type 4 consistent stools which are easy to pass and I no longer feel bloated. She taught me the importance of being consistent with following good diet habits and exercise routines, which used to take a back seat due to work previously. She made sure I track eveyrthing from food, movement, bowels and now I have the tools to handle any flare ups if at all and I am aware of what triggers my constipation.
